do not open emails if you are not sure of the sender could contain a virus.Regards

i might have this wrong as well, i was under the impression that it was only attachments that might hold a virus.. :-((

Run an email virus protection program (I use Norton). It automatically checks all emails that are sent to your in-box without you having to do anything :)

I have had a few of these as well. I think they may be spammers testing to see if the email address is active ??

thanks all, i will run a virus check, and it is nice to know i am not the only one..

Chronos.

You are Not the Only one!

I have been getting some through one of My ISP accounts (All the ISP Support says is 'Make Sure Your AV Prog is Updated')

I Always keep My AVG & ZA Updated, & regularly check for Spyware & etc

My Main ISP Filters things like this out as well as ALL Known Viruses & Trojans, so Why Doesn't Every ISP do The Same!
