Email internet Hyperlink

Looking for a bit of help. My work laptop uses outlook to send and receive email but just lately when i get an email with an internet hyperlink (lets say "martin lewis, money saving expert") and i clink on the link i get the window to install Winrar, i have install Winrar and even uninstalled but still the same, i have run through Mbam and found nothing, any ideas?

WinRAR is a powerful archive manager. It can backup your data and reduce the size of email attachments, decompress RAR, ZIP and other files downloaded from Internet and create new archives in RAR and ZIP file format.

I can't help you any further with your problem but maybe someone else will have a solution for you.
It is ceratinly to do with the size of files, email attachments etc.

It's not the WinRar that's the problem, when you click on a hyperlink it should open Internet explorer and go directly to the link but it just brings up a window asking to install WinRar
