email hijacked

For the past 2 days I've been getting loads of returned emails that I appear to have been sending from a version of my email address:

[email protected]

where the xxxxx is my username. I haven't got any spyware on my pc as I daily run MS antispyware and spysweeper, plus I run adaware and spybot.

Any ideas on how I can stop this person sending from my address?

You could try changing your password.
