email from bt help please

my father has just recieved this email from bt
he has 'pay as you go' with bt and we don't understand exactly what this means or how to put it right, thanks in advance guys

I think they are trying to tell you that more than 1 computer is dialling into his account at the same time, and they may be concerned that someone else is accessing his account, maybe from another house/phone number and this braches their t&c's which say you should only have 1 connection.

They are suggesting that he changes his password in case anyone has gotten hold of his dial up deatils and are using his account.

Does he connect from different pc's connected to a different phone number?

thats the thing, he only has the one p.c and one phone line, so a bit concerning indeed, thanks for the reply BTW

As it is PAYG there is no limit to the usage and I would suspect that there is a dialer installed on his computer. He needs to go to the BT website and sign up for an online bill so that he can check his here
