I was flooded out in July 2007, losing my PC, broadband & have been out of my house for 7 months.

I have been relying on my work laptop to send and receive Flood related emails and claims to my insurer. There ar probably over 100 with attachmnets on a floder marked personal in my email inbox.

I want to move those emails intact onto a portable drive so I can back them up archive them for reference.

I cannot see a way of copying the emails from outlook to the HDD.I can do them one at a time but that would take a fair amount of time.

They need to kept as emails as they have attachments of receipts and invoices.

Anyone know of any way - am I missing some outllok trick.

Outlook 2002 on my home PC ( now up & runnig again ) outlook 2006 ( I think ) on my work PC.

PS I am back in my house now !!

Thanks that is a good start.

Outlook 2006 does not exist - the version is

Microsoft Outlook 11.656836568 SP2 .....

However what I am trying to do is essentially the same transaction as this

Select email without opening

Control C

navigate to folder

Control V

Copy of email as a .msg file which includes all attachments.

I just want to do same for all the emails in the folder.

I guess in a nutshell I want an export as .msg file to HDD folder of your choice if such a thing exists.

I will just cc & paste if no solution but thanks to all that read / suggested.
