Nearly all the emails i get say in the subject the word ***spam*** then the subject is this ok many thanks

Sounds like you have a spam checker installed, or your ISP does - if you create a rule that sends these mails to the trash, or to a spam folder, you should be able to auto delete them.

If your ISP is Freeserve, it's because they are now doing a superb job of detecting spam. If you want to double check that the emails really are spam, then set a message rule that when the message subject line contains ***spam***, delete it (Tools - Message rules - mail). If you trust your ISP spam filter, then instead of just deleting it, set the message rule to delete it from server.
