Does anyone know of a program which will do the standard calculations for frequency/capacitance/inductance, reactance, Q-factor, etc? I know a couple of sites which do this on-line but I want a stand-alone program.

I use some of these programs click here they are all dos programs, if you haven't got dos on the computer, like I haven't on my Linux, I use DOSEMU a dos emulator, I think DOSBOX click here will work in Windows OK.

I had a quick look at those and they seem to do what I want plus a lot of other interesting stuff. I'll have a good read tomorrow. Thanks again.

I'm not sure what you are looking for, but if you are into designing PI or PI L networks I've got an XLS spreadsheet from GM3SED which save a lot of work. If you're interested email via the yellow envelope and I'll send it to you.
