Sound, normally filed or stored like a wav. or commercial CD plays normally in a new PC with Win7.
As soon as the source is changed to BBC, or Facebook,or anything from the internet, the sound gains a strong echo making the sound almost unreadable..
Is there a control somewhere to deal with this?
Maybe you have started it twice, possibly double clicked when only one was needed.
The sound is more like being in a large noisy building with a human speaker or other demo nearly drowned with a tinny continuous echo not a pulse.
In fact the sort of sound you get from a cheap speaker, too wide coverage to exclude a noisy background.
