Link from Diodorus Siculus works ok for me
Download the ebay toolbar, you get a warning then for suspect or false sites.
MichelleC--I use eBay every day, and have been connected since 8am this morning. Just tried the link supplied by DS, and it works fine. Try as suggested and do a clean-up routine on your computer. If you are really concerned, then eBay have a free 'add-on' that will tell you if the eBay connection is true or false.
Thanks all. Sorted now.
