Ebay - how to exclude countries in search?

  toon_mad 12:03 03 Nov 2008

Hi, im new to ebay and im lost abit. Most my searches always come up crap from hong kong, which clearly looks dodgee or fake - as well as being advised against ordering from there (are they bad?). Anyway does anybody know how to permanently exclude hong kong from my searches if they are indeed dodgee?

Look down the left hand pane under search options, select "More Options then select UK.

As for shopping in Hong Kong I've bought several expensive photographic items, but as with all thing Ebay be on your guard.

As a starting point make sure you go to ebay. co. uk - ebay has many sites worldwide, and for example ebay. hk would take you to the Hong Kong site (not what you want obviously) and ebay. com takes you to the US site.
