E-Mail senders details.

On my last computer I used to have a small programme which gave the details of the sender of received E-Mails. You copied in the header details of your received E-mail, pressed the button and it told you all about the sender - Unfortunately I didn't keep the name of the programme and as old age has caught up with me I can't remember anything about it - Can anyone help? - Thank you - Ian

Right click the address and click details tab if you want the full path

If you use Outlook Express disable the Preview Pane (this should be done permanently in any case to avoid viruses and other nasties being allowed free rein with a click of the mouse), highlight the e-mail involved>right click>Properties>Details tab.

The details of the sender and the actual message can then be read safely (latter is Message Source).

"TECHNOTIGER" - Thank you for that information - That wasn't the programme I was looking for, however it may be of help.
"STUARTLI" - Thank you, but I use Hotmail.
