e-mail problems

4 of us use the same computer each with their own e-mail address. 3 are OK and can only receive their own mail. The 4th receives his own mail plus that of the main identity. How can I restrict his access?

If the 4th person also receives e-mail for the "main identity" his e-mail client must be set up to access the main identity's e-mail in its POP3 settings.

Remove that setting from the addresses he/she can access.
