Can anyone please advise me as to how the Norton Symantec Internet Security company may be contacted. As I am profoundly deaf the telephone Live Chat is of no use. Numerous attempts to e-mail them through the "In-House Message Box" have not even been acknowledged. My problem concerns my Account and is not technical although I am now concerned should I ever have a technical query. Any suggestions would be welcome. Regards, Buckland.
Having checked the website there is no email address only phone contract maybe some one in
the house or a friend can contract them for you

My thanks to ambra4 and bremner for their help. I finally managed to get my IE up and was able to get into the Norton Chat which was very good (especially when you are deaf). It took some time but the problems were finally resolved. Apologies for delay in this reply but the situation was a bit fraught and intermittent. Regards, Buckland.
