e-mail account with incredimail

I installed incredimail onto my computer to send e-mails and after a couple of weeks the "letter" in the style box would not produce a background for my e-mails. I've already un-installed incredimail and re-installed it to see if the problem could be resolved but it hasn't.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

the only suggestion I can give about Incredimail is to get rid of it permenantly. The novelty soon wears off, and a lot of people get p****d of receiving talking, dancing emails. Believe me, a lot of us have tried it (including me!)
Cheers...

Have you tried downloading from their website? It's just that they have recently changed their format and the old emf files will not work with the latest version, they have been changed to imf files. I have used Incredimail for 8 months now, and find it to be great, unlike barryoneoff, as his name suggests he probably only tried it oneoff and not given it a chance.
