i cannot read my e mail every time i go to outlook express it is stuck at about 4.30 pm i am on blueyonder everything is working fine when i go to fault finding part of telewest helpline.it tells me i have 13 unread messages but cant read them? thanks in advance
You must have a password - it would have been sent to you when you signed-up to blueyonder. You must also be using a password when you use Outlook Express but you may have set OE to remember your password.
If you can't remember your password, talk to blueyonder support. The password would also have been on a welcome letter from blueyonder when you signed up. Them go to webmail, you perhaps can't read webmail because you are using wrong password or username
