E Drive not reading DVD-R

I've burned content onto two DVD-R discs, exact same discs from same batch. When I try to open them on my PC one is recognised, the other isn't. Autoplay pops up for one the other doesn't exist as far as my PC goes. To make sure it wasn't a dodgy disc I burned the same content onto another disc. Same thing. Could it be something in the content? Any help appreciated.

Have you finalised the discs so they can be read in all players?

Hi bremner. As you can guess I ain't so good at this. How do I finalise the discs? Thanks.

What program did you use to create the discs

Sounds like one of the discs became corrupted during the burning process. Were you buring iso's?

Hi madboy33. Yes I was burning iso's. Can't understand why both discs would be corrupted. Could it be a problem with the iso?

You said one is working and the other is not and now you say both discs dont work? I am really confused now

Sorry mate, not making myself very clear. What happened was I was burning 2 iso's. I burned one iso to one disc. No problem - worked fine. Burned the other iso to another disc - same type from same batch - DVD-R 4.7GB single sided, but this one didn't work. Refused to open, wouldn't even let me see what was on the disc. Thinking it might be a dodgy disc I went through the same procedure again - same type of disc, same batch, and result exactly the same. The constant in this semms to be the iso which is why I'm wondering if that might be dodgy.
