DVD error

  TeddyBear07 11:01 17 Feb 2008

Whenever I try to use my DVD player, an error box pops up saing: -

Error Code: 8004027B

DVD-Video plaback graph could not be built due to insufficient decoders.

This box appears whenever I try to play a DVD. This has never happened before and I have been able to use it properly before.

I am currently using a Windows XP, and the DVD player I am using is a 'PowerDVD'.

Any suggestions of why this is happening?

If you don't know your PowerDVD serial number, Belarc Advisor click here might reveal it, depending on how it was installed.
