DVD Copying.

  Help! :D 21:38 18 Jan 2004

I have been given a home video on DVD+R format. I want to copy it for my use. It is also legal as it is a home video. I have one normal CD drive with a and a DVD Rewriter drive on my comuter. I know i going to have to put the DVD on my hard drive first then burn it. What type of software is there out there, and what is the difference between - and + R/RW?

If it's not encrypted then all you do is drag and drop the files to you hdd, and then burn them using your existing software.

+R = use once (more or less), +RW =use as many times as you like. the rewritable will not play in most standalone dvd players.
