On Feb 8 BH34 advised how to resolve problem of duplicate mail. Does the advice apply to Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express or both? Sorry to be thick but what is meant by turning off the e-mail reception for one of the accounts? (I assume this is a step to be taken before following items 1,2 & 3?) I have checked that the box in the settings requesting copies of mail is not ticked. Thanks for your help. Derek
