When installing win XP and win 98se on two different drives, do they both have to be formatted as system drives ?. I seem to be having a problem doing this. !

You will need to install W98 first and then XP, which will ask you if you want to upgrade, say no and choose the partition/drive you wish to install it to (under advanced). Only one - XP - will be an active partition, as it will detect W98 and add it to the boot menu.
