Dual Monitors:Second Screen Weird Mouse Pointers

  sasmith 08:17 22 Oct 2007

Hoping someone might be able to help.

I've just set up dual monitors on my PC (using one graphics card which has dual sockets). Everything is working excellently except for the mouse pointer which, when I go over onto the second screen turns into something other than the pointer arrow - seemingly at random; sometimes it might be an egg timer, other times a bracket cursor etc etc

Is there any way to stop this happening, and to have the mouse pointer act as normal on the second screen ?

Grateful for any suggestions anyone can offer.

Turn Hardware acceleration down a notch; (but not all the way as shown in this link) click here)
