Dual Booting Vista And XP

Had some questions yesterday click here now I have problems! I have Vista on 'C' and XP on 'D'. I have the option on startup which one I want to go into. It loads Vista fine but when I select XP it won't go past the blue welcome screen. Any ideas please?

Ignore the above!! Now when I try going into XP it says /ntldr is missing. Whats so bloody difficult in choosing which OS I want to boot into!! I am in Vista now with no problems. It seems I need some sort of boot manager that will say 'hey you have 2 OS here which one do you want to use?'!!

Please help!! Thanks.
