Dual Boot XP and Vista

I have XP Pro on a 160 GB hard disk and a new blank 40 GB hard disk, which I wish to format and load Vista.

When I start up the computer, I would then like to choose whether to boot up with XP or with Vista.

What's the easiest and best way of doing this?

When you install Vista on the 40Gb hard disk, Vista will automatically install whats called "Windows Boot Manager" and every time you boot up you can select what operating system to boot.
