DropToCD

PA Advisor issue 107 has a DropToCD programme on the CD cover disk. I know that my question is very simple to all you wizz people;but, the blurb talks about drag and drop the files you want into the programme. All I want to do is make a copy of some of my files. If I do drag and drop won't it remove the file from where it was and then deposit it onto the CD?

No it just usually copies it.

It's a reasonable question. Windows is very inconsistent with drag and drop. If you drag and drop from one folder to another on the same drive, it moves it. If the folders are on different drives, it copies it. Just to confuse matters even further, if it's a program you're dragging and dropping, it creates a shortcut.
I've got in the habit of dragging using the right mouse button, so I can choose which action I want when I drop it.
