My Samsung SGH-600 was fine with W7 (with USB cable)
Dunno about U600.

PC treats the phone as a removable HDD.
Images, Music, Videos etc. All the folders.
Except Address Book/Contacts.
Then You need PC Studio which is bloody awful.
(Fails to connect/crashes repeatedly)

Or copy to memory card, then copy to PC.

Sadly my SGH-600 has a bad joint and frequently powers off and refuses to Power on.

(replaced charger and battery)

I can get it to work sometimes for a few hours.
But I have to flex the phone without cracking the screen.
Shame. It's a great phone. (18 months lite use!!)

Replaced with Samsung C3050 (£20 and rubbish, a very cut down version of SGH-600)

As far as I can find it simply is not compatible with Windows 7. It was OK with Vista.

click here links to vista drivers which might work under Windows 7. That's the best I can do. I don't think it's the same link posted above, but knowing my luck it is.

Thanks badhair1963, but Vista drivers don't work in Windows 7 for that mobile.
