Driver installation Tchibo mini USB notebook camer

I could not resist buying this camera for £5 in Tchibo's sale. Ref: TCM 234282

I have not been able to install the drivers on my machine running XP SP2. They installed fine on my other machine under Windows ME and the camera works OK.

Under XP the installation hangs near to the point where you expect it to finish and ask for a Windows restart. After connecting the hardware it is recognised but not installed as no driver can be found. Attempts to manually install fail too and Windows cannot find the drivers either on the CD or web.

Has anyone else had this or can anyone suggest why it is happening? I have never had problems before installing drivers. I did stop all other running applications before the installation.
