I haven't tried it yet, but Powerquest say that it will do as you wish as long as you have got XP or W2K.
USB cannot be seen as far as I know in Dos, only if the motherboard supports it
Drive Image 7 does not run in DOS, it will take a 'running' image of the system partition.

Yes but will it restore to a Clean Drive, ie no OS
