downloading a piece of music part 2

Firstly I made a mistake in the original posting I required a recording and not the sheet music.Secondly whilst browsing in the Sally Army s/h store yesterday I bought a double cd set of Pvarotti albums in good condition for the princely sum of £4 which contained Panis Angelicus which delighted my friend because she wanted it played at her husband's funeral on Tuesday. Seeing as this has been purchased I presume there will be no copyright etc.problems?

Well in theory it's a public performance (performing rights ect) but I don't think anyone would be so mean spirited as to take any action over it.

Good for you! see you were searching in the wrong place & the good old 'Sally Army' came up trumps.

I,m sure it will be much appreciated.

birkdalite. There will be no problems as the building holding the service will have the necessary licence from PRS. [Performing rights society] to allow for the playing of copyright music.

My condolences to your friend. j.
