download limit advise

please can someone tell me how to find out exactly how to find out how to keep track of the amount of MB's i am downloading a month. I have a limit with my ISP(sky) and my son is downloading every min of the day on napster and i dont want to go over my limit please advise.

put in your settings and this will give a warning if trend continues you will reach limit.

I think you are going to have to put a lock on the computer, as you are most likely over the limit by now

My isp provides a usage list for current and previous months. I have to log on to their web site but then I can view my usage, they also will email if I get close to my limit. I can then buy more for a few pounds a gig. If you go over knock it off the pocket money or increase the car washing/lawn mowing rota. lol
