Document Viewer

Hi everyone some help please

Whenever I switch on my computer I get the following
Windows installer then Document Viewer perparing to install, this get about half way and then stops, then asks for location I click cancel and then get An installication package for the product Document Viewer cannot be found, try the installication again using a valid copy of the instllication package documentviewer.msi

I continue to click canel then get Microsoft.Net framework an unhandled exception has accured in a componment in your application. Click continue and the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

1. On the "Start" menu, click "Run:.

2. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /unreg", and then press ENTER.

3. On the "Start" menu, click "Run".

4. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /regserver", and then press ENTER.

There are several methods in my link above that normally sort this out.

Done that but it says it is unable to find msiexce/unreg or msiexec/regserver

Note the space between msiexec /unreg

c and /

Your best bet is to copy and paste the commands.

Thanks so far so good, wife now using computer so will have to wait to see what happens when I start up again!!Wll let you know.
