Do i need watercooling for this?

it says watercooling, but i thought watercooling was if you choose that kind of cooling, im running on air can i use this:

thought not, but the picture has a big water block hetsink thing or something at the bottom - that confused me.

Yes, you can use it with air cooling. You just have the option to watercool the Northbridge if you do decide to go to watercooling.

Only if you are going to be over clocking the CPU

It not a water cooling heat sinks system

It a Hybrid Silent-Pipe Module that sits on the Intel P45 & Intel ICH10R chips to keep them

Cool.
