tried that Zurdo all i get is: could not flush the DNS Resolver cache: funtion failed during execution.

can you explain why you need to flush your cache please.

Are you having problems with your router,if so please explain.

Make sure the dns cache is running and set to auto in services.
Click start/run type in services.msc
Scroll down to dns client and restart it

skidzy i was told this could help with my broadband speed.im with virgin media 10meg but bandwidth down is 1818 kb/s and bandwidth up is 461 kb/s.
