ipconfig /flushdns

and press Enter.

look for dns client, make sure it's enabled, if it's disabled, set it to automatic.

Repair the connection, flush the dns cache.

iv stopped and started this dns client,but the problem still exists.

The DHCP Client service may be holding onto the cache. To find out, turn it off while you attempt to flush it, but disconnect the client from the router before doing that.

Well, maybe there is an alternative cure for your problem, since this question arose only while trying to fix another issue. Tell us what that issue is and perhaps we can sort it.

yes,the broadband connection,windows balloon,keeps popping up,saying connected,then not connected even though i am connected,i did right click to repair connection and this is the problem,wont do repair.
