try enering:- click here into your browser. It should access your modem where you can find quite a lot of info.

Assuming you have a network icon in your system tray, right-click it and choose Status.

Then click Support, followed by Details.

Otherwise, go to Control Panel, Network Connections, right-click your blueyonder connection, and continue as above.

You don't have a DNS address - you have an IP address (and this may be dynamic - assigned to you by them at each connection, or may be static - fixed and yours only).

Your server will have a DNS address that you may need to put into your connection settings. The ISP site should tell you what their DNS is (if they don't use a "server assigned" one) - in their configuration guide.
