Which devices have a problem?

I'll have a wild guess - Printers?

My guess would be USB adapters ?

What OS are you running?

  spikeychris 14:02 03 Jan 2004

Actually it doesnt matter. Boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 before Windows starts
up. Go into Device Manager and remove all the duplicated devices - if there
are two remove both, if there are three remove all three, etc - then restart
in normal mode. Windows should find and install them all, once only.

Can I ask, how do I access Device Manager? Ta.

Control panel > system > then either device manager 9x or hardware then device manager XP.
