I thought i would ask on this forum ,i have noticed a few replies from disgo.com
why is it disgo.com help desk are so slow to respond,what would be the normal response time.i logged a proble 6 days ago.still waiting for a reply.

I presume that this is related to your other post Click Here so I will just repeat that your contract is with the supplier not Disgo and that is where you should be asking your questions.
As per chub_tor says, if it is faulty (not damaged by you) you will have to complain to the shop where you bought it and ask for a replacement.
