constantly getting disconected while online with tesco.net this is so frustrating.

Don't know if Tesco have problems currently.

Do you have auto-disconnect enabled (on by default) in the modem options? If you don't send/recieve any data within 20 mins the modem will disconnect automatically.

Have you tried emailing Tesco?
