Disabled Via Rhine 11 Fast Ethernet What is it

I recentley was asked by Windows update if I wished to install the optional update Via Rhine 11 Fast Ethernet,I said yes & installed it.

My question is that in my network settings in system it shows my dialup as Tiscaly Broadband which I use when I go on the internet.
Below it,says Lan Or High Speed Ethernet Local Area Connection which is disabled for Via Rhine 11 Fast Ethernet.

What do I do with this,do I leave it disabled?

It will be disabled if you don't have an ethernet cable plugged into it, for your network for example. If you don't use the ethernet port on the back of your PC, leave it disabled.

If your computer is working ok,leave it disabled. If you go to control panel.network connections. And it tells you what connection you are using. And if it is disabled on there you either leave it or it would be safe to delete it.providing there is another one running.
