Digital Picture Frame

I have a Toshiba TekBright Photo Frame (pa3615k-1etc) and it is not recognised by my Windows 98SE machine. The Toshiba website does not mention it except for sales. I could not find mention of a driver, and there is no way to contact Toshiba by email. Can anyone help?

I've had a look at the Toshiba webpage on Google.(Just type Toshiba and then search) and on the left side of the page is Customer Support. It may not be on the front page as I clicked on "Displays etc......". See what you can get from there.

The photo frame appears to have 16MB internal memory plus the use of a variety of memory cards.

You may need to update your USB drivers to 2.0 (via your motherboard manufacturer's website) or just drag and drop photo files onto a memory card.
