Digi Photo TimeStamp Alteration

  snowy30 18:47 13 Jun 2007

Is there any suites out there I can download where I can change a wrong timestamp on a digital photo? I did have a link to Microsoft's Digital Image Suite but it seems it's been discontinued.

Cheers in advance

Don't like them, not on my photos anyway. And going to turn it off

Sorry, not timestamp, I mean datestamp

Are you referring to the date being printed on your photos or the date contained within Exif? Whatever you require can be done quite easily with Exifer as per my link in previous post

I think he means on the photos, that's what I meant anyway

I think you're probably correct, hence my second post.

I don't print the date on my photos either, but a lot of people do. If the date or time needs changing, then you need an exif reader to do it.

One of my cameras often shows the incorrect date/time. As I always keep the exif embedded within the original image on my photo h/drive I use Exifer to correct the date.

Yea, you're both correct. I do mean the datestamp that gets printed on the photo, and sometimes the date is incorrect....my negligence doesn't help, I should make sure the camera has the right date before I takes any photos.
