When I try to play anything out of 'my music'folder the computer crashes after about 10mins. It completes a system check and after I have sent the error report it directs me to a help page which states that the probable casue was a device driver problem. What could be causing the problem? Zone alarm / norton 2003. I have an on board ge force 3 graphics card.
Any help kindly received

are there any exclamation marks in device manager.

go to start, right click on my computer, select properties, the system properties dialogue box comes and then select the hardware tab and subsequently the device manager box.

within the box which has the two options driver signing and device manager there is a green tick. If I open up device manager there are no crosses and it states that ge force 3 is working ok. I am just checking the video and sound codecs through help and support

How do I know which is my sound device from the list? I am trying to check wether it is digitally signed. All the drivers are from microsoft and the date is 2001
