I know that this is a common problem with studio laptops and one of the fix solutions is to either upgrade or downgrade the bios, but whenever i get into the settings page the bios is A04 but how do i upgrade or downgrade it,

Go to Dell's page here click here
and enter your make and model and it may help you out upgrading your bios.

Update, i contacted Dell and they sent me an email with a file which i downloaded, it was a downgrade bios from AO5 to AO2, any it worked ok. Quick reply from Dell as well.
