Hello everyone. I have a Dell E7450 with a faulty charging circuit. An IC (PD5) close to the DC jack burnt due over voltage therefore the computer is showing plug in not charging. My question here is, are there any chances that the computer will charge through dock station? Thanks.

It should work unless the whole charging board is blown.
