Sounds a bit awkward.
One way you could try, provided you are willing to take the chance, is to delete the Roxio file (or open it up and delete as much as you can) and then run Ccleaner or similar. You will then need to restart the PC in Safe Mode and delete the remainder before running Ccleaner again. In some cases it is necessary to move the file to another partition to stop it being started in any way as this will prevent deletion.
Before you start make certain you have a full Acronis backup or at the very least a backup of your Registry.
