Deleting a Network Card

In Device Manager>Network Adaptors I have two very old devices 'Packet Scheduler Miniport #' that represented a Technosat USB Satellite Receiver I used in the past to access my ISP via a satellite.

I've tried to Uninstall these but get a refusal and 'may be needed to boot the computer' even though the adaptor hasn't been present for 2 years. Any idea if it is possible to remove them.

If they aint causing any problems dont worry about them and just leave them there. Try to boot into safe mode and see if you get the same problem.

'if it ain't broke don't fix it'! Agree Mytob. It's just an annoying artifact when I try to keep my laptop system administration as clean as I can. I shall continue to be puzzled as before!
