Delete blank page that appears in MS Word document

  albu 19:04 25 Sep 2003

In a MS Word 97,2000 document
I have filled one page with text and sometimes a table, then another "Blank" page appears as a continuation to the first, that I want to remove? Pressing delete on the blank page just doesn't do a thing.Any help please?

Thank you

The best way I have found to delete the blank page is to click on it, about half way down the page and hit the backspace key on your keyboard, which moves the cursor up the page, when the cursor reaches the bottom of the first page the blank page will disappear.

Or as bremner says in your other thread. Place the cursor behind the last character and tap the Del key.

Open Document > Press 'End' Key > Delete as you go back to your last letters
