if you have the latest internet explorer you can delete everything you have been on! lol
Tools>delete browsing history and then delete all, at the bottom.

(i cant believe that someone has actually came out and had some guts and said what they have actully been on!
Ususlly its like, "i want to free up some space on my pc, how can i delelte my history?"
lol )

you can also you goto start>mycomputer>c drive>documents and settings>owner>localsettings delete all in the temp folder and the tempory internet files folder as clear history doesnt alwasys remove everthing.
then go and download click here
and click here
and any other good spyware software because you may have picked up some nasties from the sites you were on nice to see some honisty around

To delete browsing history go to Tools, Internet Options, Clear History. You can also delete the temporary internet files here.

Let's not get into "Why" it's not anyone's business - I suggest we concentrate on helping hispeed and leave the moral judgments out of it.
