the file is a demo cd for a band, so having an attachment that big would not send

heres a list of different FTP (file transfer protocol) software. some are freeware, some are shareware

i would imagine these will work, but how much spyware they will drop in your system i'm unsure of, having never used any of them (and freeware is defo the worst for spyware)

theres a start, but wait for some other replies

ok, so i'd have to get some ftp space on the web first?

Your ISP may allocate space. My ISP (NTL) allows 55mb of space.
