daily reminder?

My dyspraxic son has been prescribed a course of medication which he must take regularly every evening – unfortunately he hasn’t been taking them daily because he forgets. Is there a utility (preferably free) which could be programmed to flash up a message , say for example ‘Take your pills’, on his monitor every evening at a set time ?
What he needs is a 'regular' girlfriend - she would remind him and keep him organised ;o)

Worried Dad Brumas.

does he have a mobile?

That sounds a better plan to me then even when he is not on the PC he will be reminded. He may even throw the phone out after a week but it is the thought that counts.
