Would like to get one but can only find non DABS digital receivers. Any suggestions on where I can find.

If you'd looked you'd have seen that neither of these products are available anymore.

The Psion wavefinder radio also refuses to work with Win XP.

As far as I can tell the only way you will now get digital radio on a PC is to get a DVB PCI card or external box, Freeview has most of the DAB channels.

I would guess that the shortage of such devices is related to the increase in broadband connections as a hugh selection of radio is available via the net.

There is a big difference between DAB and DTV audio transmissions.

There are thousands of DAB stations but only a comparatively small number of DTV radio channels on Freeview.

However, DAB is not everything it is cracked up to be and, in fact, Freeview broadcasts audio stations without sqeezing the life out of the signals.

I've actually got one of the Modular Technology DAB receivers, and I get less stations at lower quality than my freeview box.
The only reason I use the DAB card is so I can listen to football while I'm working.
